Doctoral programs in schols of education are where I tend to see it. The CAGS (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study) is a 1 year program I guess..something inbetween an M.A. and Ph.D. So I've seen some places say M.A., 6th Year Diploma, Ph.D. Is it the same thing as a CAGS is what I'm asking...?
