7 supplementary papers

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHETHER THAT 10, 000 QUES OF KAPLAN for part 1 nbde are really useful , or even those 7 supplementary papers for each subject are really useful , are they too high standard foe nbde part 1 or are they just a waste of time , does anybody know of any repeated ques from these 7 suppl, tests in the actuual nbde part 1 , pls reply , any advice will be helpful

regarding tose 10,000 questions , I do not much but a friend of mine took those ^ we discussed a few & thought they were too much...I would say do not do those unless u are already very thorough with decks question papers, fist aid MLE book. I did do the supplemental ones in the end just a week before the exam & i would say they are alright ... I do recommend doing them if u are quite thorough as I said earlier with the above mentioned three resources...
I took my part 1 in October....

Regarding rudman again, if u have the time there is no harm solving as any MCQs help in my opinion......I did that also just before the exam... my score is 91. But I have to say that apart from decks & question papers the most important resource is first aid MLE book... I thought I could specifically answer many questions because of that book.

Looks like toothie has answered the query posted very well... haven't been browsing for a while so forgive me for the delay... yeah but like I said , I highly recommend First adi MLE book...

First Aid for the USMLE has some pictures and mnemonics that are useful, but not all of it is applicable.

The supplemental papers are useful to study from and most importantly, gauge which subjects you understand.
