Ask your advisor? The only courses you need to take are the ones listed on UMDNJ's website, which you're probably going to cover anyway in your dual degree time at RU. Anything beyond that is just plus for you. Things you might want to consider in that regard - Cell & Molecular Biology, A&P, Biochem, etc.
