Hello all,

When you have 100 hours of volunteering, do you get a certificate or something from the hospital. I got only a 4 lined letter saying that I volunteered. Do we have to send any volunteering proofs with our applications?

Not only for volunteering, but for example research and my job, do I have to provide them any proofs other than mentioning it in the essay and the application? I am trying to find out so that I have everything ready and do not have to rush with anything in the process.

Thanks.

No one ever asks for proof (but I suppose they could call and check if they were concerned for some reason). But these positions are great sources for LORs, so I would line those up.
