Finished my first pass UW, random, timed at 68. Just took NBME 4 and got a 231 🙁 Goal is 245+.
I'm booked for August 7th but really want to take it before the delay in reporting (July 27th). Should I just gun through UW for the next two weeks, take another NBME, and go from there? Thanks.

Yep. Don't forget to keep up with your weak points in FA, the last thing you want to be doing is forgetting chunks of FA.

First aid is not necessary for step 2ck, although I preferred it to MTB as it was more comprehensive. But when it comes to dedicated study time, Mastering UWORLD and the explanations in there should be enough for you to get 245+, and should be your focus. Focus on your marked and incorrec questions. Read up on diseases in UWORLD you are not familar with in uptodate, wiki, or medscape. NBME 2 is pretty good I thought, and was a lil harder than NBME 4 but still should give prediction. UWSA should also be predictive for you.

Update: Almost 40% through 2nd pass UWorld (averaging mid-to-high 80s) . Going all out but only able to do 2.5/3 blocks a day. Not taking any notes or reading any text on the side (hoping this doesn't come to bite me in the ***)
