Can anyone (a current pharmacy student or practicing pharmacist) please recommend a good pharmacy handbook that lists drugs by disease state with explanations on mechanism of action and side effects of drugs?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you.

The Drug Information Handbook is a good reference but it lists everything by drug name.
There is Facts and Comparisons, and they list everything by drug class, and AHFS does the that, too.
USP DI lists drugs by drug name or class.
