Do medical schools see A+'s after AMCAS verification? I realize you don't get anything extra in the GPA but I was if the show up at all.

Doesn't matter to me...an A's an A; Excellence is excellence.

A+s are sort of like getting those gold stars on your tests in elementary school. They're impressive and bragworthy, but they don't really mean too much.

By all means strive for A+ grades, but a regular A is just as good.
