I think this will give more people more time to gain exposure to neurosurgery & probably make the process much more competitive. A similar thing happened when otolaryngology went from an early match to the regular match a few years back.

Sucks.

Are you saying that we cant apply to another specialty like gen surg while also applying to NS? I am a bit confused... I just hope that is not the case b/c then if you dont match...
