i visited some distant family in montana for a week. day one they prepared taco salad: beef, chili, sour creme, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. That taco salad sat out for 5 days and on day 5 my cousins were still walking by the table, scooping up 5 day-old nastiness and eating it. thats how they roll in rural montana.
