I go to A.T. Still and sorry I haven't had time to respond to this board more about the school (in the middle of Round #2 of exams...a couple weeks to go before finals ) lol Interview will be straightforward. You'll be interviewed by one faculty member then given a chance for a Q & A by the dept. chair as well as a full tour of the campus (well, the main building). Hope this helps, just be confident and prepared(which goes without saying!). I didn't interview until February with them, so you guys are way ahead of me. Break a leg!
I had an interview last Nov at A.T. Still-DPT, I was assigned to the Dept Head (luckily i didn't know until i was leaving..serious pressure) My advice is be yourself, a very professional yourself however, the school strongly emphasizes professionalism. I was practically drilled on "what ifs" in the clinic, and asked how I would handle certain situations. My interview included a checklist of q's as well and lasted about 45 min. I was given a tour of the school, and then went to a q & a with another faculty member and 2 second year students which was very helpful. Be aware that they have all of your info/transcripts in front of them and they will ask you what your strengths and weaknesses are. Overall, it was a great interview and everyone there is so nice. I must have done well because I received my acceptance letter via email 3 weeks later while i was interviewing with another school. I am wrapping up my 1st quarter at AT Still and loving in! be assured that out of the 60 people in my class, there is quite an array of age, background, degrees, and experience... no matter what you are bringing to the table be confident! Good Luck!!
