I have always found the board to be full of "Rock Star" "Messiah" "Savior" "Been there done that" "veteran" Anesthesiologist. One wonders how such intellectual supernovas, have so much time to post on a lowly student bulletin board, in between performing anesthesia on so many "never done before NJM cases"
