I was hoping to find someone with knowledge of the dark inner workings of AADSAS to answer me this:
Would schools actually receive applications submitted May 15th any sooner than one submitted, say, June 1st? I'm curious if there's a block of time that constitutes "wave 1" of AADSAS mailings to schools, or if there is a true linear chronological mailing system.

Thanks for the help, and if this is a dead horse question, you can kick my *** (but tell me where else to go first 👍)

Yes, AADSAS has waves. I'm not sure about whether May 15th and June 1st fall into the same 'wave', though.

In the past 2 years, the first mailing took place on June 30th but I believe the 'cutoff' date for the first (and subsequent) mailings depends on the number of applications. Schools can access your application electronically, however, once you've submitted and your GPA has been verified.

I believe this is correct - I don't know how many mailings but say the first 1000 apps are mailed in the first wave and 2nd wave is the next 1000. Thats what they do. Sooner the better my friend.
