AAMC # 10 VR Score vs EK VR

I just took the AAMC practice test and scored a 6 on VR. I am concerned because I was doing better on EK Verbal (anywhere from 8-10) in the past.

I think I'm having a tough time focusing because I am reading off a computer screen and when I read off paper I use my pencil to sort of help me focus and follow along. Can anyone explain why my scores might be so different from EK compared to AAMC # 10?
And any advice on how to transition from practicing with pen and paper (EK VR text) to CBT VR?
