This is question is ambiguous, because how does protein get made with the translation inhibitor and travel between cells, but not Mrna with the transcrition inhibitor. Any ideas?
p.s. sorry about the cut off on the sides.

Back to your question, when AB cells were treated with cycloheximade, they couldnt make muscles. But when AB cells were in the intact two-cell embryo, they could make them. This implies that protein is needed.
I dont know where you got "protein got made with the translation inhibitor", but it's exactly the opposite.
