AAMC 7 score conversion chart anyone?

In the PS section of my AAMC 7 score conversion table, it says that a 9 is 52-55 and a 10 is 61-65 - that leave out a big chunk of raw scores. Does anyone have an "accurate" score conversion table for AAMC 7 they could send me? Thanks

10 is a 56-60, 11 is 61-65
