hello,
AAMC says the answer is B, but what I am having a hard time understanding is that a molecule with a higher molecular weight would have fewer moles. can someone please explain this?

If a molecule had a molecular weight of 1 gram per mole, that would be a lot of molecules (6.022 x10^23) in 1 gram.

If a molecule had a molecular weight of 10,000 grams per mole, not as many molecules would fit into 1 gram.

So, a bigger molecule means that fewer of them will "fit" into 1 gram.

If it helps, thing of a gram as a jar and the weight as the size of the molecules. Big marbles = fewer fit into the jar.
