I apologize if someone has opened a discussion on this already. Trying to understand why this specific wording was used.

1. Everyone uses an undergraduate GPA to apply, obviously right?
2. Are those with graduate school courses, whether masters, cert, non-degree excluded from this table?

1. Yes.
2. Their graduate school GPAs are excluded. The applicants with them are included. The table only shows their uGPAs.

There are some applicants who earn their undergrad degrees abroad and apply with PhD earned in the USA. This is rare but I've seen it a few times.
