AAMC profile information question

So I made an AAMC account about a year ago but when I logged in recently I saw that under my profile information I am listed as "Medical Student, University of Toronto Medical Faculty". I have no idea how that got there I don't even know what University of Toronto is....I tried to edit my organization and it asked for a reason for change. Any ideas?

why do you ask the people here instead of the people at AAMC?

Because most people here probably have AAMC accounts and someone might have had a similar problem?
