I was interested in how people did on the MCAT relative to their AAMC scores. I have looked around the forum and it seems as though people usually get their average AAMC score. Did those of you that took the MCAT already - find your MCAT to be similar to any particular one of the AAMC tests?

My scores on the AAMC have been going up until today:
AAMC 3 - 31 - 11,10,10
AAMC 4 - 33 - 11,12,10
AAMC 5 - 32 - 11,10,11
AAMC 6 - 35 - 13,11,11
AAMC 7 - 37 - 12,12,13
AAMC 8 - 33 - 10,12,11
AAMC 9 -To be taken
AAMC 10 - To be taken

I guess I was hoping to continue my trend. AAMC 8 seemed significantly harder than 7 but still doable. I wonder if the actual MCAT will be more like 7 or 8.

The actual MCAT reflects the most with AAMC 9 and 10.

I have taken in this order

AAMC 3 - (kind of a composite, did PS section after PS content review, VR before I started studying BS after BS content review) 13 PS 10 VR 10 BS

AAMC 8 - 10 PS 10 VR 9 BS 29

AAMC 4 - 12 PS 11 VR 11 BS 34

AAMC 5 - 10 PS 11 VR 12 BS 33

So I agree with you that AAMC 8 was pretty hard, especially the bio I think.
