For AAMC TEST #4 VR PASSAGE 2 Q4, the answer includes ONLY. I thought that absolute answers such as ALL, ONLY, NEVER etc. are wrong answers, according to EK and PR....

That's a very silly generalization. Of course there are going to be times when ALL the options presented or ONLY one of the options presented are true and you have to use your judgement and reasoning to figuring out if they're correct.

The test prep books say to be wary of extreme options, they don't say that such options are ALWAYS wrong (that would be too extreme).
