It seems to me that if proteins are generally too large to pass through the membrane, osmotic concentration of the blood outflow would decrease with increased blood inflow rate since more solutes are getting filtered out. Maybe I'm misunderstanding osmotic concentration. Wouldn't increased osmotic concentration mean increased solute, decreased water concentration?
 
Proteins can't enter the dialystate fluid because they are too big to cross the membrane. They can't be filtered out.
