It just isn't even close. The AAMC tests are so superficially easy, that they totally f*ck with your mind. You finish the test saying, "wow. that went bad." but your score is usually indicative of how much you've studied. Basically, none of the answers are certainly correct with the AAMC test, so you never feel good, but as long as you stay calm and be confident in your knowledge you should be ok.
If you had to wait thirty days to see the results of your practice test scores, i think the reaction would be similar to what we see on the "official mcat X date" threads.
