Is this a f*ing joke? I passed my internal medicine boards in 2012 and paid $1300. Now they are expecting me to pay $200/yr in addition to that? Is this true? Or is this only for those who passed in 2013 and on? For those in fellowship, do you need to keep your IM cert to take your cardiology/gastroenterology/pulm/etc boards?

What if I dont pay for it for a few years, but eventually decide that I do. What does my status show? Do they make you pay back-years?
