You cannot increase GPS. You can buy one 🙂.
Also you cannot increase GPA (Grade Point Average). It is calculated based on the marks you scored while doing your BDS. However to compensate a low GPA, you can get more Toefl score, get experience in US, get another degree in US (MPH?) etc. Many have many suggestions.
