in my textbooks, and other AP BIO study guides suggests it is true, that every developmental stages can traced back to evolution.


yet, in destroyer and someone says, it is false! 😱

The term "ontogeny recapitulates phylogent" means that the evolutionary history is repeated in the embryonic development....

Take a human embryo....this is the frog stage, pig stage, etc....

That is a false statements.

There is no mistake in the ap book....many species have similar embryonic morphology.

You're confusing two different things.
