Abroad Programs

Hey guys, I was just wondering about abroad programs. I would like to do one under an American med school if such a thing exists. I have come across some programs but haven't really found one that is US accredited. If I'm not mistaking Yeshiva and/or Einstein offer programs in Israel. I am looking for a program in which I can spend a couple years (preferably my last two) in Israel or Lebanon. I would like have as much of an influence I can on making peace between Israelis and Palestinians, as I come from a Jewish family from Lebanon. I believe I can have a very large influence since I know a lot of the history, religion, culture and tradition between the two peoples.

Also just another question, I will turn in my application in May. Will it look bad in my case if I do not turn in an MCAT score but do notify them that I will take it in June or should I just take it in March? At the moment, I can manage a 27-29, however my GPA will only be a 3.4 (3.8 sGPA) when I apply😎. Thoughts? Comments?
