Academic Democratic Groups?

Random thought. Any academic ED's (particularly ones with a residency) run by an academic group? I imagine the vast majority are employees of the academic hospital but figure there might be a few out there where a democratic group holds the contract to staff the teaching hospital's ED.

"Doctors for Emergency Services" is a democratic group that runs the EM residency at Christiana in DE. And I think that the group that runs the Inspira EM program in NJ is democratic.

There are several hybrid residency programs that I've come across on the interview trail in the southeast. Several programs at academic institutions are fully run or partially run by local SDGs with partners who have faculty appointments at affiliated medical school.
