So I got an invitation to join this leadership society thing at my school, and I got this invitation a few years ago and looked into it and it seemed weird, well now I was wondering If I should just joint his society so I can put it on my application for medschool? will it really help? I guess it wouldn't hurt to be able to put it on?

The thing is, it just seems like they ask anyone with a 3.0+ gpa to join, which really doesn't make it that big of an achievement. So is it worth it to join? I would have to attend some meetings and pay some kind of fee (i still feel like its kinda sketchy).

Is it an honor's fraternity? If so, I'd join and mention my involvement under "leadership" while applying.

Hm i figured its not a society that is not widely known and probably won't add to my application. So i'm going to pass over joining this group again.
