Hey, guys. I have a question for those of you who might have attended college during high school, or transferred from a community college to a four year university. I am having problems trying to figure out whether I was a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior during specific terms during my enrollment at my university. I know that registration status (or academic status) is determined by the number of credits you have by the time you enroll in a specific term. I tried looking up a table/chart or guidelines for my specific university to figure out what my status was at certain terms of my enrollment, but I can't find anything. Does OptomCAS have some sort of table for this? The college I used to attend was on quarter credits and the university I went to was by semester credits.

My transcripts had my class standing on each listed quarter. I would go for matching the standing that's on your transcript.

If for some reason your transcript lacks that, I would go by whatever each of your schools used for standing while you were there.

When you moved schools, you should have gotten your credit standing entering the new school. What the school considered you in their transcript is the important thing, and the thing you want to mirror in your OptomCAS.
