Academic update

So I did fairly well in spring/summer 2013 classes but I'm struggling through the fall semester. Would it be wise to just update my spring/summer grades and leave the fall grades out? I probably wont even get my fall grades until the end of december. Would it look bad that I only updated the spring/summer grades?

Your spring grades should have already been on there since they finished in the spring and you applied in the summer. The summer classes should be put on the academic update and your fall semester shouldn't be over with yet so you couldn't put those on there.

I submitted my transcripts early june so my spring grades were not on it. So, I will just submit my spring/summer grades.Thanks for the advice.

Any school that accepts you is going to want a final transcript. You are postponing the inevitable.

"ADEA AADSAS permits applicants to report grades only ONE time during the AcademicUpdate period. If you are taking courses during the Fall Term, we advise that you wait until the end of the Fall Term to post grades earned for Spring, Summer, and Fall 2013 courses."

^That was in the email sent for the academic update. It probably wouldn't look good if you decided to ignore it.

My spring semester grades are not up because I received an incomplete and Adasas decided not to include it (4 courses) now taking (3 courses) and will only update all at once this semester is over( late december).as you can see some school already rejected me without caring for my master degree GPA..you only allow to update once so choose wisely when to do it..

I would actually just submit your spring and summer grades now to be honest. If schools are concerned, you can just say you thought it was more important to get in your spring/summer grades since they are overdue as it is (especially when we are in a crucial decision-making period) than to wait another month for fall transcripts. You only have one opportunity to do the academic update and if your spring/summer grades are solid I think there is no downside to doing it now.

Yes, also if they are interested in you and are considering you, then they will ask for your fall grades and you can always send them an unofficial transcript of your fall grades.

Honestly, how much can fall grades make a difference? I feel like only if your GPA is horrible would it make a difference.
