Has anyone taken or know anything about 4 week science courses?

I haven't taken those specific courses, but I took Chemistry I and Physiology as 4 1/2 week summer classes and got As in both. If you're already good at the material and you enjoy it, speeding it up shouldn't hurt you. If you struggle with it and don't enjoy it, I wouldn't suggest taking an accelerated course.

I took organic chemistry 1 and 2 over the summer. Each course was about 5 weeks. It wasn't too bad. The lectures were very long though. It was hard to stay focused through all of them. We went usually through at least a chapter per day.
For accelerated courses, I think if you're good at the subject you should be fine. But if it's a subject you know you have trouble with, I wouldn't recommend it because you have to absorb and understand a lot of material in such a short time. It's easy to fall behind if you don't understand something or don't put enough time into it.

What was the accelerated course like? Tests every other day? Or?

I would say a test about once a week. I had three lecture days a week, and two or three lab days a week. But we had lab quizzes a lot. The last week I think we had a couple of tests though.
