If you look at the student profile section or FAQ section of the admissions page at various schools you can get a ball park idea. Ideally they look at students with higher than 3.0 (thats like a minimum at some of the good schools), and then some sort of work exp.

I'd agree with homer, the absolute minimum you should aim for is 3.0/1000 GRE. However, if you want to be safer and maybe attend a better program, try for 3.3/1200 (and no score on the GRE less than 50th percentile). I hope this helps!

As far as I know, there is no list comparing the GPAs/GRE scores of accepted applicants at many schools, and many schools do not explicitly reveal this information on their websites.

You can find this information for some schools or departments by entering ["public health" gpa "average gre"] into your favorite search engine. You may also try contacting the schools in which you are interested; sometimes the admissions office staff can give you an idea of the stats of admitted students.
