Acceptance Rates PhD in Health Education

I am specifically interested in the BSHE program at Emory and the Health Education Program at UAB. I would really like to attend one of these two schools and was wondering what percentage of applicants they accept for the PhD.

I was just doing very preliminary research I'll be applying to programs this fall for 2012 as I'm still working on my MPH. The more research I do the more I'm actually leaning towards a PhD in Health Policy or Public Policy at large.
