do DO schools accept students without completion of all pre-med courses..pending they are completed?

As always, it's best to check with the schools directly, which isn't hard to do; they are the final authority on pretty much any issue. However, it is my impression that most schools, provided you are a suitably strong candidate, will give you a provisional acceptance, pending completion of your prerequisites. They usually ask for all of your post-secondary transcripts prior to matriculation, so that they can make sure that you have completed all the academic requirements.
