Hey everyone,

For those of you who have started attending interviews and receiving acceptances (yay!), how are you going about deciding which school you want to attend?

I interviewed at SUNY, ICO, and PCO in the last week and have since been accepted to all three. I'm very torn between SUNY and ICO and was just wondering what factors others are using to make their final selection.

How much debt can you expect to graduate with should be your final determining factor. Debt will follow you for years and you should want to make it as small as possible.

Very true. I chose less debt over happiness. I'd have been much more happier in a more suburban/rural setting but I will have less debt than 90% of my classmates <$50,000 so this will make me happy in the long term.

Just one big thing I noticed in another post you put. You are a Canadian student so unless you can get USA citizenship you will never pay the in-state tuition. You will be paying around $40,000 a year just for tuition alone for four years (tuition goes up every year) if you go to SUNY. I'm pretty sure its similar for other American schools. Go to Waterloo if possible.
