Accepted Students GPA requirement

Do schools have GPA requirements or grade requirements for accepted students? If I have completed all prerequisites prior to submitting my application, are there still course grades requirements?

My school told me “C- or above” in all classes to keep my spot.

some are "just don't fail", more are "don't get below a C-" a few are "don't get below a B-"

My school didn't send any document mentioning the required grades for non-prerequisite courses. There's only one page saying that I need to complete the prerequisite they listed, which I have already. Really confused now.
