Hi guys, newly board certified anesthesiologist here trying to see how to rack up CME credits for MOCA.

I've heard ACE or SEE questions are a good way to get the credits while also staying up to date, but had a quick question on the timing of claiming credit.

I see ACE 17 (2020 version) is still available for sale, and the expiration dates to claim credit is in April 2021 for 17A and September 2021 for 17B. Since I became board certified in 2021, does ACE 17 not count towards my CME since it's the 2020 version? Even though you claim it in 2021?

So am I supposed to pre-order ACE 18, and if I claim it by April 2022, will those credits be applied for year 2021 or 2022?

Also, any recommendations on what's better? ACE or SEE? Thanks!

Ace imo. And yes, there are date limitations on when you can claim cme for each book. Also you cant give the cme credit to someone else (which I think is annoying, shen it's a physical book that someone else could read and do)
