I liked both.
Achiever:
Science is harder than real test but really makes you know your stuff. Gen chem is more quantitative than the real test
RC is very comparable
PAT: Harder but soooo worth it. It made the real PAT seem like a joke.
QR: a little harder but comparable.
Topscore:
Science: spot on with real DAT
RC: all search and destroy questions. Waste of time IMO
PAT: do the first test only the other two are just variations on the first
QR: comparable
I took 3 achiever tests and then the 3 topscore tests right before the actual test. Achiever can be demoralizing but for me a challenge makes me work that much harder. I only used those and chads videos and got almost all 19's across the board with a 20 in PAT and Ochem.
