I just took the Natural sciences section of Achiever Test 1. I got too tired and ts wayyy tooo hot today so I didnt go through the whole test. I am taking a break and will finish the test later.

Ok I know everyone says achiever is harder and you will do better...but I was just wondering if anyone of you would like to post their achiever scores so I get where I stand and how much better I can possibly do. I dont want to be over-optimistic about this whole thing.

I am afcourse not happy and nervous about these scores because my DAT is in 7 days.
ANy of you who are also taking the DAT within the next 10-15 days and are taking achiever tests now---plz plz pretty plz share your scores 😀

And all those who are done with the DAT and remember their achiever scores Pleaseeeee share them. It would be a great way for me to analyze my position. I really dont want to be too optimistic and tell myself "O well its achiever I will be ok" coz there are people scoring like 20s on achiever too.

Achiever 2 ---ha ah so i totally got lazy on this and pulled some champion stunts such as stuck on 1 GC problem for like 15 min lol---wont do that ever on real exam but yeah i wasnt feeling like doing a test. So i ran out of time on SCIENCES ha ha ha ha.

I feel taking then while you practice is better and that is what I am trying to do. If I keep taking test after test and not study in between then I feel like I am still at same knowledge level and taking tests isnt useful. I like to study what I do badly before I take the next test.

I am very worried about these scores 🙁 I dont know what else to do for BIO--and plus my exam is on Tue so I am not even going to start something new. I will just keep reviewing BIO

Navneeth, relax. I think everyone gets ugly scores on Achiever and the best thing you can do is just use it as motivation to study more without getting really nervous before the test.


Also you should know, I too got a 6/15 on the keyhole of achiever =p.

Yeah for topscore, I got around 18s in the first 2 tests for Science.
Then on the 3rd one, I really peaked and got 22 on bio and 30 in ochem. Similar with achiever. So you should look at the easy mistakes you made, I'm sure you had some for gchem, and be sure to redo those questions and aim at what you would have gotten withouth those mistakes.

Also for PAT, do you have CDP? Use the individual sections to practice on the sections you are having trouble with. I didn't think it would work until I tried it! I did that for 2 days and raised my PAT of 18 to a 25. My first 4 tests were 18,18, 19, 18. Then the next 5 were 22, 23, 25, 24, 25. So it works! You're good to go on everything but work hard on your weaknesses for the PAT!

I'm taking mt test Aug 18 too! I've been getting similar scores as you o practice tests. Achiever is made to cover 2-3 topics in one question. So take it to LEARN not to see how well you'll do!

Thanks a lot for the info. Yea I do have CDP--10 test version. I have 2 tests left-10 and 6 and I will do those tomorrow.
