Achiever/Top Score - technologically challenged!

Okay guys. This is probably a really stupid question that I really hope someone can answer for me!

I'm finished a practice test on Achiever 😱!
Except I'm trying to look at the solution for the PAT section and I can't figure it out! There's a small (?) circular button to the left of the picture or a solution button on the top right corner. When I press either of them, nothing pops up! When I press the circular button my pointer thing says somethings going on but then nothing..........

Also, for TopScore, do you need to wait for a physical CD to come or do they just give you a license key you can plug in?

I believe TopScore uses license keys like the Achiever does.

Thanks. Any idea on how to look at solutions for the PAT section of Achiever? I keep pressing the solution button but nothing comes up.
