Little confused on my concept of how gastrin/parasympathetic/grp/histamine etc stimulate the h/k+atpase pump, can someone explain it?

Do you have FA 2015? There is a really nice diagram on p. 355 that demonstrates the pathways.

Here is one, it should do the trick:

Note:

Gastrin binds CCK(B) receptor
ACh binds M3 receptor
Histamine binds H2 receptor

Also keep in mind that prostaglandins and somatostatin inhibits parietal cells.
