I am being forced to renew these merit badges. I was wondering if anyone had any experience using online courses and had recommendations. You can respond or PM me if you know anything.

Use the cheapest online course you can find. The hospital doesn't care where it comes from, they just want something to put in the file.
However, if they require AHA, then you might want to get one certified by them as otherwise it may come back to bite you if something happens.
