Are highland hills or Magnolia safe places to live for students? Would you guys prefer one over the other?

Also, I have signed up for the on-campus tour on May 7th, is there a dress code I should be aware of?

Yeah they're both in the nicer part of town, magnolia especially. For the tour just dress business casual and you'll be fine

Is there a dress code to attend lectures? I know the student handbook says business casual but not sure how strictly enforced that is.
