I’m starting DO school in fall and was really torn between ACOM, LMU-DCOM, LECOM Bradenton, and William Carey. COVID-19 took away my ability to tour in person so any advice from people that know something about these schools would be greatly appreciated. I’m HPSP through the army so cost of tuition/living isn’t a major consideration. Attendance policies don’t really bother me as I learn better in person and never missed classes in undergrad. Distance from home isn’t a huge consideration either, as all of these are in the southeast. I have until next Thursday (April 10) to decide so any advice between now and then could help out a lot! LECOM-B for being more established and cheaper.
I’ve decided on ACOM because of residency matching rates and more traditional class structure. Thank you guys for your input and best of luck to everyone else! Feel free to ask if you want to know any of the other factors in my decision!
