I'm pretty happy with uptodate. I found an article doing a comparisson between several EBM resources being acp pier at the top and uptodate somewhere in the middle.
I've read that only residents and physicians use it. Still, I went to acponline. subscribed (it's free for students and let me use annals of internal medicine too, pretty sweet!, apparently...) and tried to check for myself, but for some reason it doesn't take my user and password and ask me to introduce my ID member number and change my user and password, wich i've done...but still nothing (maybe I screwed somehow the activation or it's too soon).
So tell me guys/women. Is it good for a 3rd year guy like me? Any ideas about how to solve my acp subscription problem?
