Hi Everyone,
The deadline to submit an abstract to the 2012 ACRO meeting for an oral presentation and/or poster presentation is quickly approaching (Monday, October 31st). The meeting will be held in Fort Myers, Florida from February 23 to 25th, 2012. There will be two oral presentation sessions, one of which is dedicated to resident research. The resident session will have faculty present who will provide constructive by me and other presenters at the meeting. This is new this year, so I hope it is something that residents will find valuable. As for the general meeting, we are setting up a great list of speakers including Dr. Curran from Emory/RTOG, Dr. Willett from Duke University, Dr. Marks from UNC, Dr. Kavanagh from Univ. of Colorado, and Dr. Kuske from Arizona Breast Cancer Specialists. There is also a separate series of presentations designed for residents which includes an invitation to the ACRO Presidents Reception, a great way to meet people from all over the country.

Hope to see you at ACRO this year!
