Can anyone please provide me with the best to approach the acs biochemistry comprehensive final? What study guides or old exams are available? Overall, how does it compare to p-chem final in terms of difficulty?

ACS exams aren't supposed to be tricky so you will most likely do well. I didn't have to take biochemistry, but took pretty much everything else. In my view, quam was by far the easiest (compared to thermo or orgo). Sorry... I am not exactly answering your question. Biochemistry is probably about the same as orgo.... probably harder than quam.
Study guides? If you want to spend the money, you can buy old tests directly from ACS either by calling them or going on their website (shipping was the expensive part in my case).

there was really no way to study for it. I just reviewed stuff we went over in class, but there were questions on there over material that I had never seen before. We were graded based on how we did in national percentiles, and I did pretty well.

I just took it last Thursday and I thought it was ridiculously easy. Def. the easiest ACS test I have ever taken... and I took O Chem and Gen Chem. I thought the questions were really basic... they didn't go into anything really in-depth. If you're a bio major, Section A is going to be simple. If you're better with Chemistry, Section B is goin to feel better.

Honestly, I didn't even study for it and I feel like I got an A. My teacher gave it to us that day after we had a 5-chapter exam... she said that it was really easy anyways.

She's a little nutty but she was right. Pretty much everyone in the class felt good coming out of the test. GOOOOOOOOOD LUCK!
