I'm one week in to an acting internship in an outpatient setting. I feel like I'm reading all the time and there are still things that I don't know when pimped, and I'd say I can come up with a management plan for about 70% of my patients (I'm at the beginning of my 4th year). I write orders and do notes, I'm just wondering if, at this point I should be expected to know everything at this point? Any advice for acting interns?

Expected to know everything? Of course not. That's not even a realistic expectation well into residency or even as an attending.

If you're really concerned just get some feedback from your preceptor.
