Hi I was wondering what some students are participating in in terms of extra curriculars while in med school? Im particularly interested in "health care activism" -vague i know- as in undergrad i was constantly active in social awareness/community service type orgs. I want to continue this throughout and after med school. I was wondering also what goals some students have that deal with activism after they graduate? Say, like, work for US HHS dept, or lobby congress, or start something entirely new and different...? I'm most interested in sex/health education and access for undeserved populations.
