Activity Overlap Okay?

I have a few experiences that overlap. I'll try to explain this without being too confusing. I would like to make the following 3 categories:

1) Medical Assisting
-includes high school ROP class
-includes externship at Kaiser peds clinic

2) Physician Shadowing
-includes shadowing at an office in my hometown

3) Nutrition Clinical Internship
-includes doing nutritional counseling at a student run charity clinic


So the overlaps...
a) I went on a week long medical missions trip four summers, and basically did medical assisting and shadowed physicians. Should I list that as a separate activity or just add it to the two categories for medical assisting and physician shadowing?

b) I also did some physician shadowing in my spare time during the nutrition clinical internship. Should I list that under the internship or should I list that under physician shadowing?

I want to consolidate my experiences but I don't want it to look like a mess. Thanks!

Remember, you want to highlight this experience, not hide it in a general category where it will be skimmed.

b) I also did some physician shadowing in my spare time during the nutrition clinical internship. Should I list that under the internship or should I list that under physician shadowing? List it under the internship. It gets way too confusing to split up an experience like that.

I'm assuming you are talking about experiences on the AMCAS, right?
